Hall of Honor inducts prominent business leaders and alumni
As a part of Business Night 1992, alumni Clement Judd, Dudley Pratt and Manny Sylvester, were the first inductees into the Hall of Honor. Since then, over 50 prominent alumni and business leaders have been presented with this prestigious award.

1998
Ranked as a leader in International Business
In 1998, the graduate program was ranked for the first time in the top 25 in international business by U.S. News and World Report. Shortly after in 2003, the undergraduate program also hit the top 25. Both the undergraduate and graduate programs continue to hold top spots on the list each year.

Ph.D. program attracts top candidates
The establishment of the Ph.D. program in International Management provided opportunities for students to develop high-level research and teaching skills in international business with an Asia-Pacific focus.

Alumni groups merge into one
For many years the college had been supported by three major alumni groups representing the MBA alumni, the BBA alumni, and the School of Accountancy alumni. In 1998, all three groups merged to form CBA Alumni and Friends. Today, the Shidler College of Business Alumni Association is the University’s largest and most active alumni chapter.
